The 2008 Summer Olympics are just around the corner and if you're looking for a little exercise inspiration... Dara Torres is you're gal. She's a 41 year old swimmer and mother who is about to embark on her fifth Olympic appearance... she'll be heading to Beijing next month to compete for our country.
